ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FORM

Please use the below form to apply for access facilities (including Companion/PA tickets) at the festival. Please read our Accessibility Information before you submit your application. We will endeavour to process your application within 4 weeks, however, please be aware that during peak times – this may be delayed. If you have any issues in submitting the below form, or uploading evidence, please contact info@glastonferry.com

PLEASE NOTE: You must have purchased your own ticket via our website or directly with Ticketline, as you will need your customer/order reference to complete this form. Once you have purchased your ticket, you can then use this form to apply for access facilities and can request a Companion/PA ticket should it be required.

Supporting Documentation

So that we can process your application, please upload one of the following documents. This can be a photograph, scan or photocopy. These should be dated within the last 12 months. This helps to speed up the process considerably. Feel free to black out any personal information relating to payments that you don’t want us to see.

ACCEPTED DOCUMENTATION:

  • Front page of DLA letter (no specific rate required)
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
  • CredAbility Access Card
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • Evidence of War Disablement Pension

ACCESS APPLICATIONS FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW CLOSED

As the event is within 72 hours, we can no longer accept accessibility requests. This is due to the administration involved, as our office teams are now building the event site. 

Anyone that has made an application before this time will be contacted in due course.
